How does Anti-Wrinkle Treatment work?

The ageing process causes collagen and the elastin production in the skin to reduce, so as we get older these areas of overuse become damaged and the lines become more permanent.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment relax the treated muscles, reducing movement, which prevents the creasing of the skin and lessening the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Treatment will only work on the specific muscles treated, leaving surrounding muscles to function as usual maintaining normal facial expression. The treatment gives a smoother, younger-looking appearance which lasts for 2 to 4 months.

Is the treatment safe?

The anti-wrinkle treatment is safe and effective, used in medical treatments for over 30 years. It was first used for squints, especially in children, and is a reliable option.

Since the late 1980′s, Anti- Wrinkle Treatments has successfully been used for anti-ageing /anti-wrinkle treatments, revolutionising the cosmetic industry. Remarkable results combined with very few risks and no recovery time has made it the world’s most popular non-surgical treatment.

After the treatment

Following the treatment there may be some redness. Although some bruising might occur, this is not uncommon so we recommend that you remain upright for 3-4 hours after your treatment.

We also advise clients should not massage or rub the areas afterwards or take vigorous exercise.

Most continue with their normal day after treatment without anybody noticing.

Anti-wrinkle treatments are safe and although side effects are rare, there is the possibility of the treatment being dispersed into an adjacent muscle, because of this it could cause temporary weakness such as drooping of the upper eyelid. These effects are temporary, lasting a few weeks at most.

From the offset call confirming my appointment this dental practice experience was five star compared to dentist based Midlands . Front desk staff / nurses excellent giving me the reassurance that I was booked in with a great dentist as I personally have a fear of the dentist being in my late 30s . After my review etc with the dentist it was forgone conclusion that a full on extraction was required the dentist himself was unbelievable reassuring excellent service total professionalism which I haven’t come across recently, great team whom care about the patient journey I most certainly didn’t just feel like a number under their care .
