Plans also include 5% of further treatment, excluding oral surgery, implants, orthodontics & endodontics.

Existing patients will receive a letter with full details on how to join Denplan.
You can sign up in one of the following ways:
• Scan the QR code included in your letter and follow the instructions
• Visit the Denplan website at www.denplan.co.uk/patientapply and enter our unique practice reference number along with your personal patient number (both found in your letter)
• Pop in and see us in practice — a member of our team will be happy to help you sign up

If you are a existing patient on one of our Practice Plans, either the Essentials, Preventative, Blue Light or Advanced Hygiene , you will have received a letter in March about our switch to Denplan.
To make the transition simple, we have automatically selected the Denplan option that most closely matches your current plan. However, the Denplan plans are not like-for-like with our previous plans, and there are some differences in what is included.
Please review the comparison table to ensure your allocated plan is the right one for you. If you feel another option may be more suitable, we are very happy to help you make changes.
