Dr Bowyer for an emergency appointment.
Dr Bowyer was polite and kind. She took the time to chat about what she was going to do and even showed her how some of the equipment worked before putting it in her mouth. She talked about the noises they would make.
My daughter isn't scared of coming to the dentist and I'd like to keep it that way which is why i was so grateful to Dr Bowyer taking the time to discuss the treatment in an accessible way for a 5 year old.
I didn't catch the dental nurses name but she was also very friendly, asking questions on the way in. She showed us how the tiny hoover worked and gave her dinosaur a sticker too.
Lets be honest, that was the most exciting part of the whole day!”
