Meet Emily Male

Emily is one of our lead dental nurses at Larkham House and started at Larkham in May 2024. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with a compassionate approach to patient care.

She has completed additional qualifications in radiography, impression taking and sedation nursing. She is working towards becoming a dual professional by currently undertaking a dental nursing assessor’s course, whereby she can utilise her 10 years of dental nursing experience to help guide aspiring trainee dental nurses. Her favourite treatment to assist with is root canals and complex denture cases.

Within Emily’s career, she has been privileged enough to work alongside dental specialists, oral surgeons, general dentists and hygiene therapists. Emily helps to assist with practice compliance by regularly checking, reviewing and updating Larkham’s practice policies. She ensures that all nurses are adhering to the HTM01- 05 and have regular training.

Emily loves exploring new places outside of work and often goes exploring with her partner and 2 children. She also enjoys expressing her creativity through music, spending her free time singing, writing songs, creating poetry and playing the guitar. One day, she hopes to publish her poetry book!
