Dr Nutmeg Elf joined Larkham House Dental Practice in December 2025, after “accidentally” sneaking onto the staff rota and declaring himself our newest clinician.
With zero qualifications, a very short attention span, and a habit of hiding in dental equipment, Dr Nutmeg specialises in:

🧝♂️ Miniature pranks
🎄 Spreading festive mischief
😂 Light-hearted disruption of the workday
Although he claims to be an expert in “Elf-ignments” and “Santa-approved smile makeovers,” we can confirm that Dr Nutmeg is absolutely not a real dentist… but he is very enthusiastic.
Patients can find him mostly hanging around the surgery, tampering with the AirFlow machine, or trying to X-ray himself (again).
